Privacy & terms

Plain-language notes on what this site collects, how it is built, and how to read its content. This reflects the current prototype and will be updated as features are added.

What we collect today

Nothing. Failurepedia is currently a static website with no analytics, no cookies, no login, and no tracking scripts. Fonts are self-hosted, so viewing a page makes no third-party requests on your behalf.

What will change, and when

Two features on the roadmap will collect data, and this page will be updated before either goes live:

Your requests

Once forms are live you will be able to request a correction, submit a source, or ask that a submission you sent be removed. Until then, requests can be sent to the project contact listed on the About page.

Terms of use

Failurepedia is provided for information and education. Cases are researched and source-backed, but they may contain errors and are not professional, legal, or investment advice. Analysis and interpretation represent the project's editorial judgment, are labeled as such, and may be revised as new evidence emerges.

Content is offered in good faith: allegations are attributed to their sources, and disputed points are presented as disputes rather than settled facts. If you spot an error, the corrections process is the fastest way to fix it.

An effective date and contact method will be added before launch.
