Privacy & terms
Plain-language terms for reading and using Failurepedia.
Privacy
Failurepedia is readable without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or other personal details just to browse the archive.
The site uses limited measurement and advertising services. Those services may receive standard browser information, page views, approximate location, cookies, or device identifiers. We use aggregate readership signals to understand what people read and to support the site.
You can limit cookies or tracking through your browser settings. The archive remains readable if you block them.
Corrections and submissions
If you send us a correction, source, suggestion, or other message, we receive whatever you choose to include. We use submissions for editorial review. Nothing you send is published automatically, and submitted material may be used without being published or credited.
Terms of use
Failurepedia is provided for information and education. Cases are researched and source-backed, but they may contain errors and are not professional, legal, or investment advice. Analysis and interpretation represent the project's editorial judgment, are labeled as such, and may be revised as new evidence emerges.
Company names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are used for identification, commentary, criticism, and education, not to imply endorsement or affiliation.
Content is offered in good faith: allegations are attributed to their sources, and disputed points are presented as disputes rather than settled facts. If you spot an error, use the corrections process.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of Failurepedia means you accept the current version of this page.
Effective July 24, 2026.
